I love j&t's I've been coming here my entire life and it's definitely the best frozen custard I've ever had! You have to try the plain chocolate, it's amazing. The prices are really great too for under $10 we got 3 cones and a drink you can't get any better than that!

Nothing compares to J&T (or Forebush)! Best custard EVER. From regular flavors to sundae's to milkshakes.... you will never be disappointed. My other favorite is their apple dumpling. Maybe it's just because they pair it with their vanilla ice cream, either way, you'll love it.

I got a banana milkshake. It was easily one of the best shakes I've ever had. We also got a nacho and cheese, which wasn't anything you can't get at a movie theater, but very complimentary alongside my shake.

You get to watch the ice cream being made as you are standing in line! That's right kids! Not only are you paying for your sweet treat but you are also paying for an awesome experience. This joint is located a few miles outside of Ellwood City off 65. It's a roadside stand where you can get pints to go, nachos, and frozen treats. They have really good prices. When I go to Barry's Ice Cream which is a minute from my house, I spend ten dollars on two frozen treats. At J and T I got nachos, a shake, and a cone all for 9 dollars. I got the chocolate waffle cone and got to watch the ice cream being made for my cone. It was pretty awesome. They have friendly service and have plenty of parking and picnic tables to dine at. Their hours are awesome too...until 10 pm nightly.

Probably the best frozen custard anywhere. Well, except for maybe Crater Lake, UT. But that's kinda far away.

This is a gem of an ice cream spot. Great ice cream and I often order a chocolate banana milkshake which they are better at making than 99% of the other ice cream spots within a 50 mile radius. They close up during the fall and winter.

I've been coming here for almost 30 years. It's the best, nothing else compares. Love the banana splits and blueberry shakes. Butter Pecan and black raspberry are the best.

I've been coming here since I was a kid. When we were in PA for a family visit with my dad's side of the family -- my grandfather would load up all the grand kids in his truck and we'd head out for what he called a "heavy date" at J&T with his grand kids. They have great custard that's made in what looks like 1940's machinery called "Electra Freeze." So yummy.

I had heard good things about this place, and decided that on my way driving cross country from Philly to Portland that I would make a stop. Although it seemed a little far off the beaten path and kind of in the middle of no where, but it was well worth it. I'd never had custard before and this homemade treat is a special mix between soft serve and hard ice cream. It seems reminiscent of something our grandparents would have enjoyed.
